Van de Stadt 29 "Sea Dog"

The yacht was manufactured to individual order in a German shipyard by the previous owner. In 2018, it was bought and brought to Poland along with the accessories.
New varnish coat - 7 layers of varnish. About 70,000Euro + countless work has been invested in the yacht.
According to the specification, the sail area is 47.3 square meters. The yacht was made for my own use with great attention to detail. The set includes a hull stand made in 2018 with adjustable supports. All parts (except those mentioned in the description as used) are new.

The hull is made of marine steel with increased strength and corrosion resistance. Lead ballast in the lower part of the keel 1300 kg. Additional frames are welded into the hull on request. The cabin is raised 5 cm to comfortably stand inside. The entire hull, up to the floor line, is insulated with a 3 cm layer of hard, waterproof polystyrene.

• Complete drive system with a 3-cylinder Vetus M3.10 diesel engine with a capacity of 20 HP (engine, transmission, drive shaft fi25, high-class self-adjusting screw) - new engine after control start-up
• 10.8m mast with winches, set of rigging, 6mm stay, 5mm stay and backstay included, set includes backstay tensioner, mast is forged - lighting is mounted and connected - mast needs to be set up and pressed lower rope fittings (included)
• Steel rudder: stainless steel hardware, tiller of glued wood (mahogany and spruce)
• Bom, boom dresser, boom spinnaker, 6 sails (mainsail adapted for reefing, 2 x small storm jib, 2 x genoa, spinnaker) - sails dimensions are available in the photos
• 2018 - complete electrical installation made (the installation includes a distribution box with meters, battery bank (used), bilge pump, two water pumps, 230V port socket, 230/12 charger, engine starting battery, Sharp NQ-R256A solar battery (requires mounting) + charger with the function of reading parameters via Bluetooth per cell + 12/230 / 300W inverter All equipment is of the highest class Victron company, with very high efficiency.

• Toilet with a grinder, a tank for faeces, a tank for clean water about 100 liters, a boiler with a capacity of 30 liters connected to the engine cooling system with a 230V heater
• New upholstery made of high-class material in 2018 (2-layer sponge - top thermoplastic layer) cost PLN 5,000
• 100l fuel tank at the top of the keel
• Insulated place for a refrigerator next to the kitchen sink (no refrigeration unit)
• Used Webasto 3kW with a new burner for 1500 PLN
• Complete wooden construction with waterproof plywood + 5 layers of varnish
• Fuel level sensor, faeces level and clean water sensor in the electrical system
• Kitchen sink, wash basin in the bathroom (hot and cold water)
• Boom deck, ropes, pulleys, 6 vests, 6 bumpers with stainless steel baskets,
• 15 kg anchor + ferrule with roll for lowering, telescopic crampon,
• There is a 3 stage fuel filter in the fuel system, in addition to the engine filter there is a large double filter at the exit of the tank
