The deck/hull flange joint--We replaced every fastener on 6”centers, with new stainless ¼ 20 bolts, fender washers and nylon lock nuts. The bolt holes on the hull half of the flange were filled with West System epoxy, drilled and tapped to match bolts, after which the joint was bonded with 5 layers of 10oz glass and epoxy. Every fastener hole on deck was drilled over size and filled with epoxy. There's no Balsa Wood in this deck and we never found any wet wood. All the deck scupper drains were changed from mushroom type to bronze counter sunk flush type now all the water drains. The hatch openings were modified so that the new Lewmar ocean 60 series hatches look original. All the crazed gel coat was removed, then coated with West System 105 epoxy, faired with Awlgrip 545 epoxy primer and Awlfair epoxy fairing compound. From the water line up 4 coats of Awlcraft 2000 oyster white was sprayed on. The port lights and dead lights were completely disassembled, the bronze frames glass beaded, and new seals from Bud Taplin were installed. All glazing was rebedded. The large dead lights’ 3/8” plexiglass was replaced with ½” lexan. One well known leak is the lifeline stanchions. Good luck keeping them tight or just getting to the nuts to tighten them deep inside the bulwarks! My fix was to make one large backing plate for each stanchion, match drill the hole pattern, tap and install ½” threaded rod as captured bolts then tig weld them on the back side of plate and all out of 304 stainless. The hard part was grinding the inside of the bulwarks smooth, then bedding each plate in 5200. Now with stainless acorn nuts you can tighten or remove the stanchions from the outside. It is easy to check torque, and they are very strong with no leaks.
We replaced the cap rail with 1” thick ipe bedded in 5200 Attached with 1/4 20 screws, the holes were drilled through both the deck and hull flange and then tapped for the 1/4-20 screws--now way better than wood screws with little chance of leaks. It holds up better then teak, it’s just harder to work with, I used boards up to 12” wide to match the curve. Its been about 3 years and still looks good.
Perkins 4-236 runs clean. I THINK it has about 3K or 4K hours. Transmission works good but output shaft seal drips just a little when running. It comes with complete seal and clutch rebuild kit. Bilge is clean.

She still needs a lot of fit out type work, wiring, plumping, rigging, some bottom glass work, yes more than a few weekends. I've spent more on parts and materials than I'm asking for the boat.
Private message me if your serious.
Buy some of the questions I guess i need to add she does have the mast, main boom, staysail boom, prop, steering gear, bow pulpit. Basically all the normal larger things. Most of items you normal replace with age need to be replaced. Rigging ,plumping, electrical etc. Still have original standing rig for measurements
